This is to informed you that yesterday (-1-01-2019) there is a sewage water has been blocked at FB 9 series. It’s resulted main pipe line got damaged at basement floor car parking, the blockage was happened due to lot of plastic stuff (Plastic papers, Condoms’ etc) thrown in to the W/C .Same has been cleared by our in house team and we’ve removed that water by external tanker. Request you to avoid to thrown such kind stuff in to the W/C. Please put it in garbage bins as per the segregation process.

Publication of Eligible voters list: 11th November 2018
As per the Articles of Association, eligible voters are the registered owners of the flat as on the cut-off date decided by the management committee. The cut-off date for the 2018 annual election is 16th of November and all the registered owner who all having an apartment unit in the Confident Leo and has fully paid all the maintenance charges and penalty if any imposed are considered as registered owners and the voting right is limited to the registered eligible owners.
The management committee of the association will be publishing the first list of eligible voters list for owner’s verification by 11th November 2018. The list will be available in www.confidentleo.in portal of the association, notice board of front block and the rear block and in the maintenance manager’s office.
Owners can submit their payment evidence if any on their payment to prove their eligibility or change in the ownership-related documents up to 5.30PM on 16th November 2018.
The Final eligible voter's list will be published on 22nd November 2018 and the same will be available in www.confidentleo.in portal of the association, notice board of front block and the rear block and in the maintenance manager’s office.
Filing of nomination to the management committee
All eligible voters are entitled to file their nomination for the post of the management committee. Total nine (9) members are required for the management committee and they will be selected by majority vote of the eligible voters. A minimum of four representatives will be elected to the management team from each tower and the total representatives to be elected is nine.
Candidature form will be published on 17th of November 2018 and the last date to file the application will be 5.30 PM on 23rd November 2018.
A minimum of four nominations from each tower and a total of nine nominations is a must to proceed with the election process.
The final list of candidates will be published after scrutiny by the association on 25th November 2018. The list will be available in www.confidentleo.in portal of the association, notice board of front block and the rear block and in the maintenance manager’s office.
Owners having their name published in the final electoral list can appoint a representative to cast their vote for the election the same should reach the Association office by courier or by hand delivery duly completed on or before 5.30PM on 06th December 2018 in original. (No photocopies or color copies will be accepted for the same). The form for the proxy will be published in www.confidentleo.in portal of the association, notice board of front block and the rear block and in the maintenance manager’s office by 22nd November 2018.
The proxy need not be a Member, but no person may be a proxy for more than four members. The role of proxy is only restricted to the extent of the casting of votes as authorized by the members. The proxy cannot participate in the deliberations of the Annual General Meeting.
The management committee will be issuing Owners electoral id card via UnityLiving account or MyGate application and the owners should carry the same to cast their vote along with government registered id card (Driving License, Passport, Aadhar, PAN etc). The primary registered owner is eligible to vote for the election process if their flat name available in the published electoral roll.
Each flat will have one vote and only the registered owner can exercise the voting right. In the case of joint ownership, the first owner will be allowed to represent the flat and do the voting exercise.
An owner having multiple flat units can perform the voting exercise at one time by selecting the required number of ballots respectively.
A secret ballot paper voting will be held on 08th December 2018 starting at 2pm till 5.00pm. Printed ballet papers will be issued to eligible voters and the voters will have a dedicated place to cast their vote.
Voters to select a minimum of four representatives from each tower and the total representatives to be elected is nine.
The condition for a valid vote.
A model ballot paper will be made available to the voters to help them in the process. A valid ballot paper will clearly identify a minimum of four or maximum of five representatives for each block. Ballots not appropriately identified the choice, not identified the minimum four for each tower representation and the total nine representatives are not chosen will be considered as an invalid vote and it will be rejected in the counting process.
The result will be declared on the same day and will be published in www.confidentleo.in portal of the association, notice board of front block and the rear block and in the maintenance manager’s office.
Assuming office by the new committee
The new committee will select President, Secretary, Treasurer and other team members with majority vote among the elected representatives. The management committee to ensure the office bearers are elected by following representation from each tower equally. The position of office bearers should rotate every year between the towers for the future election. (Example President if elected from Block-1 for the upcoming election, the next turn the position should be filled from Block-2.)
The new members will take charge effective from the closing of the Annual General Meeting.
